I write to thank you for your recent help & support in our recent application for a buy-to-let mortgage.

I am sorry that the deal has not gone through due to the ridiculous rental valuation we received but I would like to take this opportunity to recognise all the hard work you put into this application completely unpaid.

You fought tirelessly on my behalf against shear incompetence from the lender who put barriers in our path at every stage of the application and all this despite the fact that you do not charge fees and only earn on completed deals. Even when the deal looked dead you supported me in the complaint procedure to try and recover the fee charged by the lender.

I have worked as a mortgage broker in the past and can only sympathise with how difficult it must be to work in the industry at the moment with good customers being penalised by lenders for bad decisions and practise that they made and are now feeling the consequences of.

Hopefully, the market will come back stronger over the next couple of years and brokers such as yourself will be in prime position to benefit from years of honest, customer focussed work.
